Admission Requirements
Fire Fighter Professional Qualification Program (NFPA 1001)
- Application Form (completed in full and returned to Criti Care Inc.)
- Copy of High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate
- Original copy of Clear Child Abuse Registry Check
- Original copy of Criminal Record Background Check (6 months current)
- Copy of Canadian Passport or US Visa.
- Must be able to understand and be able to communicate in one or both official languages
- Pass a health and medical evaluation. *
- Valid Class 4 Manitoba Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement.
*Once you have applied for the program, our office
will provide you with a Physical Form.
