This certification program provides recognition that individuals have met sections of NFPA 1001 Fire Fighter Standard considered by the Office of the Fire Commissioner to be essential for all fire fighters in Manitoba. IFSAC Accreditation will also enhance the employability of the graduate and portability of the training to other jurisdictions.
